SITE REVIEW

Meet on site to discuss what you need to do to be ready for design development.   We'll discuss your unique site attributes and limitations.  Get an understanding of what's important to you in a design. 

PRELIMINARY DESIGN

Get your vision for your Hawaii dream home into concept drawings.  Create a preliminary layout using eco friendly design principles you can feel good about. We'll make sure that it ticks all your lifestyle boxes.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Flush out your preliminary layout to create a detailed set of working drawings for your build.  We'll review your build footprint and build detail to get a design that fits your budget. 

CONSTRUCTION DETAILING

Be your guide for design execution during the build. Supply prefab timber frame kits from the west coast forests of Canada. Help you make the right construction detail choices for your build budget.
